The eMOS E7 enables us to offer cost-effective, reliable and robust solution for AC/DC and DC/DC applications such as PFC, and Hard & soft switching. With a breakdown voltage ranging from 600 V to 650 V,  eMOS E7 will be available in a wide range of package options.
